weight.it is made and offered by MrClaus, Spain. Contact: support@mrclaus.io.
2. What the app is
You must be 14 or older to use weight.it. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. weight.it is a journal for noting your weight, notes and photos, and seeing your progress. It runs on your device. Signing in with Google and the Google Drive backup are optional. How your data is handled is in our privacy policy.
3. Not medical advice
weight.it does not give medical, nutrition or fitness advice. Its numbers, milestones and messages are not a diagnosis or a recommendation. Talk to a doctor or another qualified professional before you change your diet, exercise or medication.
4. Your data and your backups
Your entries, notes and photos belong to you. We do not receive them. Because they are stored on your device, you are responsible for keeping your own backups. If you uninstall the app or lose the device without a backup, the data is lost. If you use the Google Drive backup, it is kept in your own Google account, and you can delete it as described in the privacy policy.
5. Free, as is
The app is free. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or that data will never be lost. As far as the law allows, MrClaus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
